Service Description
If you would prefer to pay in cash on the day I ask that you kindly please pay a booking deposit to secure your booking. This covers me and any time lost for any cancellations. Can you also please specify the service in the booking message area.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations for all treatments & services, including consultations, require an advance payment of £15 at the time of booking any treatment. - The deposit will be deducted from the treatment cost. - If you wish to reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will non-refundable. - If you make a booking, fail to pay the deposit & then fail to come to the appointment. I reserve the right to request that any subsequent booking is paid in full before the treatment. - Arrival time, please arrive on time. I reserve the right to decline the treatment if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your deposit may not be refunded. -Please avoid wearing heavy make to you scheduled appointment as it takes time to clean the skin properly prior the treatment. This limits my ability to provide a full service. - Unfortunately, you may only change your booking twice within the 24h policy. Thank you for your understanding & let’s respect each other's time.
